We are seeking a Tier 1-2 ICT technician.  The successful applicant must be able to work collaboratively within the in-house ICT Network and interact with our students, staff and community.  

It is recommended you have: 

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience working in an educational environment, providing IT support.
• Microsoft qualifications desirable.
• Strong passion for technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT networking.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications. 
• Knowledge of Hyper-V environments, including setup, configuration, and management of virtual machines.
• Experience working on Office 365 Products, MS Teams and EntraID. 
• Experience managing Users and Devices in AD and Azure AD.
• Experience managing devices using Apple School Manager and Intune App deployment.
• Ability to monitor and manage data backup systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

(Pay range: $65,000-$85,000)
