The Fraser High School Board of Trustees is seeking a Learning Support Coordinator, with a particular focus on literacy and numeracy.
This permanent full-time role will:
Supports aakonga through building an inclusive kura where all aakonga participate, progress and make successful transitions, with a particular focus on literacy and numeracy.
Support kaiako in kura to lift their capability to better meet the needs of aakonga, and to strengthen their teaching and learning.
Support for parents and whaanau to partner successfully with our kura and develop an understanding of learning support processes.
Works with other LSCs across the cluster, and connect with the Learning Support Facilitator and wider agencies.
Works with and influence the school/kura leadership teams to ensure all aakonga receive the appropriate support to enhance their learning and progress - regarding learning support in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy.
