Rutherford College is looking for an outstanding practitioner to lead the Art Department. Rutherford College is a diverse and vibrant community located in west Auckland. 

Ideally the successful candidate will have confidence in their ability to lead staff in enhancing learning, engagement and achievement for students. They must support the development of authentic learning contexts and have ability to create flexible and ongoing assessment practices.
