Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting education? Our English & Social Sciences Department is looking for a dedicated Assistant to help maintain and manage essential teaching resources, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering and maintaining department resources to a high standard
Preparing materials for exams and classroom activities
Keeping an inventory of teaching resources, class sets, and Chromebooks
Managing and tracking department Chromebooks for student  use
Supporting with photocopying, printing, and administrative tasks

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy school environment
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach 
  • IT and inventory management skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with Spreadsheets and word processing software
